Yoga during pregnancy is good for your body, gives you relaxation and prepares you optimally for the birth and your role as an expectant mother.
You can take part in the course both as a beginner and with yoga experience.
Participation is possible from the twelfth week of pregnancy until the birth.
DATES: Monday: 6 p.m. approx. 75 min € 85 (block of 5) 13.1./20.1./27.1./3.2. and 17.2.25
